February is love month. Most people think of candy, cards and flowers but who thinks of vegetables. As you know Sweet Potato is one of the major ingredients in Ashley*s Sweet Chips but who ever thought of the sweet potato being known throughout history as being an aphrodisiac. In Europe in the early 1600’s sweet potato tarts were eaten to increase sexual desire.

Sweet Potatoes are a root vegetable that has many health benefits. Sweet potatoes contain Viatamins A, B, C & D, magnesium, iron and potassium. These vitamins and minerals are known for having properties that are related to increased energy levels & mood, healthy bones, resistance to stress, proper immune functioning, relaxation, anti-stress and healthy skin and teeth.

The ingredients in chocolate are known to cause a person’s serotonin levels to spike. Sweet potatoes also contain ingredients that cause serotonin levels to rise. The increase of serotonin in the body is what gives a person the feeling of happiness.  People have been known to eat chocolate as a stress reliever which creates the feeling of happiness. Many people associate the feeling of happiness with being in love. I urge you to take part in this experience of health and happiness while eating Ashley*s Sweet Chips a.k.a.” Love Potion Letter A”.

Is it like Maca? This is an excellent piece, and I'll be sure to share it with my network. Peruvian maca is also a great supplement for libido. In the past, I've experimented with it because of its alleged endocrine-enhancing properties. Even so, it's excellent at making you perform better in bed.
